What If URL Forwarding Doesn't Work？

Due to the particularity of URL, the URL Redirection servers can only be deployed abroad. If you find it cannot redirect successfully, please get the following two IPs and send them to us via the contact ways at the bottom.

1. Ping the domain that has been set URL forwarding and fetch IP1 (if the server forbids Ping, it is normal to get Time Out via ping)

2. Catch IP2 as follows

Windows : ipconfig /all

Linux : cat /etc/resolv.conf

       Send us these two IPs, and we will adjust servers accordingly as soon as possible.
       The form is IP1: 1.1.1.1 IP2: 2.2.2.2 domain: domain.com cannot forward
