Exporting Record

1. Log in to the DNSPod console.
2. In DNS, click Bulk Management and select the Export Records tab as shown below:

3. Select the domain for which to export records, select the file format, and click Bulk Export.

File Formats

Records can be exported in three file formats: text, table, and zone file. The domain name dnspod.com is taken as an example below to show the export result:

Text format

The file dnspod_dnspod.com.txt is exported as shown below:

Table format

The file dnspod_dnspod.com.xls is exported as shown below:

Zone format

A zone file is a domain configuration file stored on a DNS server and defined in RFC.
The file dnspod_dnspod.com.zip is exported. After it is decompressed, dnspod.com.default_line.zone is obtained, which can be opened in a text editor. The content is as follows:

Contents marked with ; are comments.

If two split zones are configured, the records will be exported for each split zone separately; for example:
dnspod.cn.default_line.zone
dnspod.cn.sogou.zone
